Excellent product and even better owner/creator! I ordered a board for my daughter's first day of school in June. I was so excited about it but as the days draw nearer, I began to get nervous. It finally shipped via USPS but it never arrived. In fact, to date, USPS has yet to recover it. But that is why I say the owner is great. I reached out to her and she was equally ticked off that her product never reached me. To ensure I had a board to celebrate my daughter's big day, she rushed and created a new one for me. This time, however, I paid for Overnight fedex ( $62) because I didn't trust USPS! When I opened the box, it was just as beautiful as the samples online.... Just prettier as it has all the details about my first born! I HIGHLY are recommend this artist' work. It's neat, colorful, and you can tell it was made from love
